WAGE SUBSIDY PROGRAM
 
   

Our Wage Subsidy Program program offers a collaborative effort between NCAC, our customers and employers.

The Wage Subsidy Program provides employers with financial assistance to hire new employees, who would not have been hired due to their lack of work experience.
In addition, the intent of the program is to offer the new employee an opportunity to
gain on-the-job work experience.

Through this program NCAC subsidizes wages of it customers while employers agree to provide a working environment geared to the enhancement of customers' skills.

A contractual agreement is developed between NCAC and its employers clearly
defining the roles and responsibilities of both parties. At the end of the agreed upon
subsidy period, the expected outcome is the employer hiring the customer
to continue on with his/her career.
